Can you deliver to IRAP PROTECTED or higher?
Yes. Xenai delivers Salesforce implementations against IRAP-assessed environments and aligns designs to agency security classification. We also manage the documentation and evidence burden that comes with those environments.
How do you handle Māori data sovereignty in an NZ engagement?
We engage under the client's own kaupapa Māori framework and work with their cultural advisors. Data model, consent design and AI governance are adjusted so they respect iwi and hapū data sovereignty obligations, rather than bolted on afterwards.
Will AI use cases we fund actually pass an auditor?
They will if the governance work is done properly. Xenai produces risk-tier classification, model cards, human-in-the-loop controls and audit trail as part of delivery — not as a late-stage scramble.
